Order/Return Policy

Return and Exchange Policy


We at F.A.R.M. (Fathers Against Raising Morons) build gear that's tough, dependable, and ready for anything. But if your order didn't turn out as planned, we're here to help. Please read below to see how we handle returns and exchanges.


 EXCHANGES 

 

  • Free if we made an error: If there was an error on our end, your exchange is on us within 14 days of receiving the product.
  • Small service fee for size or style changes: if you ordered the wrong size or need a different style, we'll gladly handle the exchange for a small service fee to cover the shipping cost. The fee will vary depending on the size of the order needing exchanged and USPS shipping rates at the time of exchange.
  • Final sale items: All discounted or promotional items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged. 

NOTE:

If items are washed or other wise altered in any way (includes removing the tag, etc.) we will not exchange the item. 

 

 RETURNS

 

  • Timing: If something's not right, you have 14 days from delivery to start a return.
  • Condition: Items need to be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If we see any signs of wear, we won't be able to accept the return.
  • Process: Contact us at SUPPORT@IMAFARM.COM with your order number and reason for the return, and we'll send over return instructions.

NOTE:

F.A.R.M. (Fathers Against Raising Morons) is unable to add discount codes to orders after they have already been placed, and no more than one code can be used on a single order. 

 

REFUNDS

 

  • Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method, minus any non-refundable shipping fees.
  • The garment must be returned in the same condition as it was shipped to you, unwashed, unaltered, and not worn.

 


SHIPPING

 


Orders may take up to 2-5 weeks to arrive. Many orders arrive sooner, depending on the immediate availability of ordered items. Currently, we do not offer expedited shipping.

 

F.A.R.M. (Fathers Against Raising Morons) is not responsible for lost/stolen items. In the case of a lost/stolen package please contact the carrier directly. Once the order is in the possession of the carrier we do not see it again. F.A.R.M. (Fathers Against Raising Morons) in unable to replace items lost by the post office or stolen free of charge. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you!


 Major holidays also will increase shipping time. Please be mindful that our very small staff does not work on these days as we feel they deserve to spend time with their families. 


 NOTE:


Please note that during sales & promotions, processing times may increase as order influx increases at those times. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a response from customer service during this time. We strive to send orders out as quickly as possible and will notify you of any major delays. 


  

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS 

 

All international orders will be shipped via USPS First Class International. Please note that the typical delivery time will generally be 10-15 days from shipment, possibly longer depending on your country. You will receive a tracking and a customs confirmation number confirming acceptance by the post office to forward onto Customs for international shipment. 


Once an order has been shipped from our facility, we are no longer responsible for mail delays and certain other extenuating circumstances are beyond our control (i.e customs delays, etc.)


Customs fees vary by country. The customer is solely responsible for any customs duties or taxes associated with their purchase.
